MDA Property Systems was founded 20 years ago and is an acknowledged leader in the specialist field of property management systems. The company has approximately 2100 licenced users at 250 sites across Africa and the Middle East.

Its core product, MDA Property Manager©, is used by leading owners and managers of retail, office, industrial and residential property portfolios. Other users include large-scale lessees/occupiers, managing agents and body corporate/sectional/fractional title administrators.

The product is highly scalable and can be cost-effectively deployed in an organisation with 1 or 250+ users. It is suitable for portfolios with 50 leases or tens of thousands of leases/debtors.

The core purpose is to automate the rent collection process, but it has evolved to automate the business processes for everyone in a professional property management environment. It offers fully integrated and real-time debtors, creditors, cash book, general ledger and financial reporting. It covers space management, lease management, facilities management, customer relationship management (CRM), asset register, budgets and asset management. It has interfaces to banking systems, Excel®, email, GoogleMaps®, meter-reading services, etc.

MDA is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and develops its systems with Microsoft’s .Net framework and SQL Server database.

MDA is staffed by a team of highly qualified professionals with the capacity to think, learn and encapsulate knowledge into their systems, which are regularly upgraded.
